Family trip a must

The staff were genuinely kind and supportive, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The food was so delicious, especially the local specialties, it really was a highlight of our stay!

It wasn’t exactly cheap but overall acceptable.

The hotel has a decent beach area with sunbeds, giving you a spot to chill out and soak up the sun. There's a large swimming pool that seems to be a popular hangout, making it a relaxed way to cool off after a hot day.

Staying here was a mixed bag. The room was in need of serious attention, with a dirty carpet that was downright unpleasant and ants crawling around. The air conditioning was tricky to work, leaving my room either too hot or too cold. Internet access was practically non-existent, so forget about browsing or streaming. Housekeeping seemed overwhelmed. towels didn't get changed on request. And don't get me started on the dining options—what was labeled as food barely qualified, and the lack of cleanliness in the dining areas didn't help.

i had a great time at el mouradi! the location was super convenient, making it easy to explore. the pool area was nice, and the covered pool with jacuzzi was a real treat. the staff were friendly and always ready to help, which made our stay even better.

Big hype, little substance

The experience was delightful thanks to the staff, who were extremely kind and patient. The entertainment options were varied and engaging. The food quality impressed, especially with the variety available. Nonetheless, the room needed modernization, and Wi-Fi connectivity was unreliable at best.

The fresh local fish was an absolute delight, with flavors that danced across my palate! The buffet also featured a mouthwatering patisserie that kept my sweet tooth satisfied. Plus, the pool area was pristine, giving everyone plenty of sunbeds to lounge on in style.

The decor felt a bit run down, and the carpets needed some love. I missed having a fridge in the room, and the Wi-Fi was only available in the reception area, making it a hassle to stay connected. A couple of facilities were closed, like the sauna and beach bar, but we expected that at this time of year.

Had a pretty good time, eh? Staff were super friendly and the beach access was choice! Just find the rooms a bit dated and aircon could be better.
